HOW IT WORKS
If you’re not sure about benefiting from a coach I offer a
4 WEEKS FREE trial period,
commitment-free and experience the difference of individually designed running plan.
You will receive a initial athlete questionnaire, fitness assessment and conversation to map your training capability and background.
You will receive a 4 week training program adapted to your needs and your abilities taking into account your age, experience, motivations, work and family commitments. Your training plan will be delivered in regular training blocks via e-mail in a .word format file with all the details.
Close coach athlete, athlete coach collaboration and communication.
- Weekly coach feedback and after key workouts.
- Unlimited communication via e-mail and 24/7 txt or phone contact to answer your questions or to deal with unforseen circumstances.
- 1:1 analysis with the coach to review your progress and performance
- Race specific guidance towards your main goal.
- Blocks of training programs from 1 to 3 months.
Open to all levels of experience. Distances from 5k to 100miles.
