Below is a demonstration of a Advanced 10 week training program for an advanced runner who is already comfortable with running and has a good base of fitness.

This program aims to improve your performance.
Note: In the final week, it’s important to taper down the intensity and volume of your training so that your body can recover and perform optimally on race day. Make sure to properly fuel your body with a healthy diet and stay hydrated throughout the training program. Good luck with your race!
