10K Training Plan – Beginner

This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in running and gradually increase your distance and overall fitness level in preparation for a 10k race.

Before beginning any new exercise program, it’s important to consult with your doctor to ensure that it’s safe for you to start. Additionally, it’s important to listen to your body throughout the program and adjust as needed to avoid injury or overtraining.

This program will prepare you to FINISH the race.
